[ICOM] PC Programming Cable for IC-207

Hello,

I would like to program my IC207 with the software but I have found that
Icom wants as much as $80 for a programming cable!  Does anyone know of any
aftermarket sources that may have one or schematic available so that I can
build one?  It can not be much more than a packet cable with a noise filter
and DB-9 on one end.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
