[ICOM] ICOM AH4 Dilema

I have an ICOM AH4 that appears to be inoperative at least for me.

I sent it out to Scott Malcom for repair and he bench tested it and
although at first it seemed reluctant to tune, it started working fine
for him.

I received it back today and try and be darned I can't get it to
function. I have checked and double checked the cabling as well as tried
two 706 MKIIG's to no avail.

Anyone have any suggestions ? Anyone interested in making me a
reasonable offer for it for parts and or tinkering purposes ?
