[ICOM] Icom 2100H cable stuck

You might have to carefully use a needle nose pliers and
squeeze the tab down, closer to the radio panel.  You might 
be able to accomplish the same with a very small flat
screwdriver.

If there is too much angle on the tab, you can push it down
at the normal point, but the catch won't clear the tab in
the jack housing.
