It is with deep regret that I wish to inform everyone that Roger Barker,
G4IDE, passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of
today, 9 September, and is now a silent key.

Roger - Funeral Arrangements.


The funeral of Roger, G4IDE, will take place at Boston Crematorium on
Wednesday 15 September.

His family would be honoured to have any radio amateur, who wishes to do
so, attend the ceremony.

In view of the large number of tributes from over the pond, it is rather
fitting that the crematorium is not too far from where the Founding
Fathers started their epic journey to Plymouth, and thence to the
Americas, to found what is now known as the USA.
