[ICOM] re: speaker filter

I use the Clear Speech Speaker and it works wonders. A friend of mine bought
a Noise Reducing Speaker from SGC and likes it real well. There is another
on the market, but I can't think of their name. You have several choices.

I would like to know if there is a filter that I can buy or build that will
remove the hash noise (fried egg sound as i call it) that I can put into a
external speaker or headphones. If I can't build one, can anyone recomend a
external speaker or headphones with this type of filter system. And yes I
have serched te web and found very little on the subject.
