[ICOM] Icom T8A audio question

John,
I don't remember the T8A having a wide FM mode. Yes it has wide receive
tuning capability, but actually shifting from a 15 kHz filter Narrow band
FM filter to a wider filter for a Broadcast FM station I don't think it can
do that. Its been a few years since I supported the T8A so i could be mistaken.
So if you are listening to broadcast FM through a 15 kHz filter it will not
work well as the deviation of a broadcast FM station is + - 75 kHz. Seems
to me the T81A did have a wider filter for receiving Broadcast FM but I am
not sure of that either.
