Hi Mike,
Sorry, I inadvertently put the erratum JPG image rather than the PDF into
the Zip file. That is now fixed.
The erratum corrects the X-axis scale for Fig. 10, on p. 16 of the report.
The original showed 101, 102 etc. The correct values are 10 exp 1, 10 exp 2
etc.
