The "RS-232C" port on the radio unit is the 9-pin D-sub connector used for 
connection of the radio to that computer you use to control the radio.

The "Packet 9600 bps" connector is a 3,5 mm phono plug connector. Except 
for packet (AX.25 >1200 bps) it can also be used to connect interfaces for 
decoding of various other digital modes such as POCSAG pagers and others. 
The AF signal in that connector comes from the FM detector without passing 
any AF filter.
