[ICOM] PW-1 Amp

Hi Adam:

Is the IC-756 Pro II Tech Report available anywhere else than the QSL 
website?  I have tried to download it at least 8 times in the past week, 
most of the time late at night.  If the QSL servers get any worse, they may 
as well just shut them down.
