[ICOM] PW-1 Amp

Dust? That's nothing. I have to keep my lap dog off the desk otherwise
that multiple fan endowed beast would plaster her to the intake grills
and eventually fill up the insides with poodle hair. Actually, I
installed my amp on a shelf on the other side of the wall in the garage
due to the loud fan noise. I hate fans. I ran a 2" pvc conduit through
the wall to feed power and control lines and now I enjoy quiet
operation. The QSK seems to really work good with my Omni VI too. I have
yet to try making the auto band change feature work with the Omni and
I'm not even sure it can be done.
As for dust. I am going to pick up 3 furnace filters and place them on
both sides and top of the amp. Hopefully that will minimize the problem.
