A www.google.com search returns nothing but the JPS units, do you have a 
name?

Another company took over the products of JPS, and it makes the NIR 12, and
the ANC-4, same products and same names, minus JPS label.  I have the nir 
10,
12, and the ANC-4-all work well with my older Kenwoods, Icoms and SW 
Receivers
without DNR.  They are advertized in QST and sold at most Amateur radio
stores...
