[ICOM] Clear Speech Speaker vs. MKIIG

Dan,I added the clear speech to a sp-21.Nice clean install.Switch went 
centered bottom of the right side.Works great,even on CW.Where you cant run 
the auto-notch.With clear speech after it settles on the cw signal.If a 
hetrodyne appears far enuf off center it will take it out.73,john
