[ICOM] Flickering display - 756 Pro

A very reasonable thought.  But why would it suddenly start without any 
changes in configuration after all this time?  I have toroids on the keying 
line....still happens.  RF feedback was one of my suspicions....and it may 
still be finding a way into it that I have yet to find.
