I don't remember a 7 pin male connector but the HM-4 was included with some
of the early repeaters like the RP-1510, 2210, 3010. Also I think some of
the earlier products like the IC-22S, 245 etc used that mic.
There was a Land Mobile radio the IC-435, seems to me it used a V-100 type
of mic but there was another diode matrix programmable mobile that might
have used the one with the 7 pin male on it. I don't remember is the U-200
also used that HM-4 7 pin male.
