[ICOM] 746 receive deaf

Paul,

Still sounds like the T/R relay, sometimes there is another in the tuner 
that switches during the Transmit and Receive switching. I don't have a 
print of the 746 at hand so I can't look further into it.
How about if you press the PTT does the receive come back as it does when 
you hit the tune button?
