[ICOM] IC-706MKII Fault

Hi

Asked this ages ago but cant seem to find any solution
an IC-706MKII, (not g model) output is zero or mw on all bands
but gives full scale ALC reading, I found this problem a couple
of years ago but since lost the information, anyone got any ideas
or can point me in the direction of the problem, Im sure the 
output hasn't gone and the problem was something else
