[ICOM] IC 751 speech option.

Hello all,

I have an IC751 (not A)  and have considered putting in the speech option
which it currently does not have.

I am not sight impaired, just interested in giving this radio all the
options it originally had offered - something different as well.

Any comments on the performance of this speech option would be appreciated
as I have never seen/heard one in action.  Anybody out there have one
installed in a 751?  What do you think of it and secondly how easy are they
to obtain now?
