[ICOM] ICOM IC-275H

The suit was with Uniden Corp. They supposed to be the owner of the original
PBT design or something simular. I have had several of the 275H,s and I
believe that the 275 series followed along the same path as the 751A did
with the PBT lawsuit. Icom first made tranceivers/receivers with PBT
installed. Then the Uniden thing came along and Icom stopped installing PBT
. Then after the PBT suit was resolved Icom went back to installing PBT for
a couple of years until the lines were discontinued around 1999 ? I believe
that the last ones produced were back with PBT installed ? Im sure this was
true for the IC-751A with serial numbers around 08000 to the end of
production with serial numbers around 09500 but can someone clarify if the
#75 series followed along this path. I have a 275H with PBT that has the
latest icom logo on the nameplate. I cant get behind the radio but I think
the serial number is over 04000 which would make it a very late model. 73 ,
