[ICOM] RE:IC 781

I installed the Sherwood fan kit on my 781. I had trouble getting some 
screws to fit due to close tolerance. Fan is very noisey compared to the 
internal one. I replaced the fan with one from Silenx, 9DB! Now it is very 
quiet.
Can't help with S meter question.
