[ICOM] proll review from e-ham [he dont know how to use it]

Does he have the calibrator turned on? A friend had this problem. I told him 
to turn it off. Problem went away. Otherwise... It sounds like he has 
tinnitus. Mine is right around 10Khz. Too many locomotive whistles...
