[ICOM] IC-775DSP Regulator

Does Anyone has a schematic Regulator Unit (Switching PS) on IC-775DSP ?
On main schema of Service Manual IC-775DSP just show Regulator Power board
wonder that unavailable for layout schema for Regulator power board.
My 775DSP past few week ago when turn ON, suddenly PS was blow,  and found
2 power mosfet IRFPE 50 on Regulator unit was damaged and other parts R1 and 
R2
ceramic Resistor 4.7ohm.
after replace above parts measured no output,  according S.manual output for 
PA should be 28Volt
and 14Volt for main unit.
If someone has this experience or suggestion much greatly appreciated.
