[ICOM] Rig switching

I plan on having one antenna with two HF rigs in different locations in 
the house.

Has any one used these coax relays?

And checked the isolation between ports?


Plan on using the NC port for the upper radio and when the power supply 
is tuned on
for the lower radio the coax  relay would automatic switch over. My 
worry is, if I should
leave the upper radio on it maybe damaged.

Any other better plan for switching between HF rigs?
