Option #1- if the vertical element is in the  clear - would be the best 
choice. If you could extend the wire to 128' this  would be better. If you are 
stuck with 115' (30' vertical and 85' horizontal)  let the remaining horizontal 
length of 13' hand down vertically. (30' vertical -  85' horizontal and 13' 
vertical - total length 128')
Option #1 fed as you  described and using your current radial system (you may 
have to install at least  (1) radial for 160m and (1) radial for 80m. You 
wont know until you try to tune  the antenna for 160m and 80m. If you experience 
difficulty tuning then install  radials for those bands. By the way when 
cutting radials use .15 wave length not  .25. (ref. ON4UN - Low band DXing).
