Your best bet is http://www.sultantronics.com.  I use their transistor
interface between my Alpha 76CA and IC-756Pro2.  It never skips a beat. 
They make models for both + and minus voltages from the T/R relay in the
amp, at up to +/-150 VDC.  Requires no external power supply.  Price is
under $25 as I recall.  Highly recommended to save the relay in
transceivers of any make/model.
