The BC-119 is pretty universal. The basic charger came in two styles, one
with and one without the AD-75 I think. I forget the parts on the BC-119.
The one without the adaptor board that mounting in the bottom was used for
the newer batteries icom made. The T7H has been around since the BC-79 days
so an adaptor board must be installed into the charger. For a while Icom
produced 2 versions, one with and one without the adaptor board, purchased
depending upon which battery you were going to use.
hope some of this helps.
