Clif,
Appears you were right on with the VCO area. VCO-A seems to be way down in
output voltage when on the lowest 3 bands (like .003 V vs. 1 to 3 volts on
the other bands) when measured at LVA test point. Given the very low
voltage, what might be the problem? I tried adjusting C278 to vary the
voltage, but not much effect.
What might the problem be? I seem to be inching toward the shipping
department here to return it to ICOM.
Still hoping I can fix it myself!
