[ICOM] Icom 756 Pro ll select band operation

Hello all,

With the purchase of the used Pro ll and finally getting around to checking
all of the bands I found what I hope is a problem that can be fixed easily.

Normal operation:  CW, TX mode, the "TX" icon on the screen turns red.
Likewise the small RX light above the tuning dial goes off and the TX light
comes on, full power out.
This normal operation DOES NOT occur on the following bands:  1.8, 3.5,
7.0, 18.0, and 24.0 MHz - No power out, also the receiver is dead on these
bands.

The working bands exhibit full power out, side tone, etc.

I checked all of these bands out - same antenna 1 into a dummy load
(receiving tests were with an antenna), all in CW mode, keyer connected and
working (I do hear the side tone but no output power or the TX indicator)
ok on all the bands except the ones noted above.

What is the recommendation from the ICOM group?  Something common to both
receive and transmit I suspect.
