Hi Tom--

I don't think you offended anyone. I am a dyed in the wool "appliance
operator" and proud of it!  ;-)

And I don't repair gear used in other hobbies such as scuba gear, airplanes
or telescopes--I know my limitations, both in abilities and time.   ;-)
