[ICOM] Repair - ICOM IC-27A

Yes, it is the pot.  I ordered a new one.  But the way I am feeling now, it
may be a few days before I try too much time in the shack.  Once the pain
gets better, I will be repairing a jeep.  Rear-end it bent up a bit.  Thanks
for the input Gary.  As usual, you were right on.
