[ICOM] Advice on AH4 tuner

Hello all,

I posted a question recently about using the AH4 on 160m.
On a more general note, I am considering the purchase of an AH4 to use with
my 706.  I don't know a lot about them.  Can some of you whom have something
to say either good or bad give me some opinions on this tuner please.

I am primarily going to use it for portable field work to match a random
length vertical with a radial wire system.  This portable equipment will be
set up wherever there is room etc and of course, no two situations will ever
be the same.

As to what use it finds around the home station remains to be seen.
