It does not have a reset. Replace the electrolytic caps on the PLL unit and
it should work. You should also replace the trimmer caps with ceramic while
you are there.

Anyone know if the IC740 has a reset? I have a 740 that has PLL problems and
would like to reset the micro processor if that is an option.
I'll also need a schematic diagram to do some trouble shooting, not sure I
really want to tackle that processor, it looks like a real challenge.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
