[ICOM] Memory Lost on IC-2340H - Need help

My buddy has a IC-2340H 2/440 transceiver.  It will not hold it memory 
any more.  Of course it is probably the battery, but for the life of me 
I can't find it.  We took it to Dayton and had one of the Radio Mod guys 
try to find the battery and replace it but they couldn't find it either.

I wonder if anyone could help us locating the how and where of the 
battery replacement on this radio.
