Hi, Larry.

Go to http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/icom and enter your 
subscribed e-mail address at the very bottom of the page.  That will take 
you to the options page where you will need your reflector password (that's 
why we send it to you every month) and that, in turn, will take you to the 
configuration page where you will be able to change all of your list options.

It isn't the most intuitive process, but, then again, this isn't the kind 
of stuff you usually do very often.
