Hi all,

Can somebody help me to turn a IC-2SA back to life after a long pause. It
looks like it has lost all possible setups. The receiver hisses and hears
some signals from the air but the radio does not go into transmission, there
is not a single sign on the LED, the frequency does not change, and it does
not react on pushes on buttons.

It looks like it needs some kind of master reset and a memory battery
replacement.
The master reset is not described in the manual.
