[Icom] Major Work on ICOM Reflector

In case you haven't noticed, the ICOM reflector has been down all 
weekend.  It had a MAJOR hard disk crash and has come back up under an 
entirely new version of the Mailman software.

All members seems to have been retained as well as the archives.  Some of 
you may be sent a new password, but what the heck, you probably forgot the 
old one anyway.

If things don't work or look right, have patience as there is a lot of new 
stuff for me to learn, too.
