I really do sympathize with those of you on this list that had to endure
Nazi atrocities, but this is really not the place to discuss it.

In my opinion, it's also not the place to publicly admonish someone for
perceived linguistic insensitivity, but I guess that will be left to Adam,
Mac and Dick to deal with- although the next time someone feels offended by
a comment that most would consider trivial at worst, they might consider
making their comments off list.
