As I remember it was only shown in the software. The ability to turn the 
UT-106 on or off and change the other functions of the UT-106 did not show 
up until you actually had it installed. since you have it in the PCR-1000 
look about in the software. I have never used the beneito <sp? > software, 
since I left before Icom started supplying that software.
