[ICOM] 756 Pro 2 Problems

I posted this earlier but with Field Day it may have gone unnoticed. I'll
try again.
I think this has been brought up before but I can't seem to find it in the
archives. My good friend brought me his 756 Pro 2 to look at as he said it
had no power output. I did the basics, Reset several times, checked all
ribbon cables, checked board mounting screws,looked for hot spots, checked
coax cables, & the internal fuse. I tapped on relays also. Here is what I
have:

160-------Nothing, any mode
80--------Nothing, any mode
40--------15-20W on ssb,am<5W, FM-12W
30--------20-25 ssb&fm, am 10
20-------80Wssb, 20am, 35cw
17--------Nothing, any mode
15--------Nothing, any mode
12--------100W ssb &fm, am & cw a-ok
10--------same as 12M
6---------transmits carrier regardless of mode


Measurements are aprox. and test equip. was a coaxial dynamics meter(pep
model) and a HK dummy load.
