jim, i have never tried "tiger powder" however, here in cincinnati, i get up
everyday at 5 am , tear up the classified section of the newspaper, toss it
on the lawn and sprinkle salt on the paper. it keeps the elephants off of my
lawn. haven't had one in the 4 years that i have lived here. 73 paul w8jn
