[ICOM] Such a Deal

Hey, if they can save money and find this stuff for that price, I have to
applaud them, so long as they pass that savings, or at least part of it, on
to the consumer. NOW, if they're just blowing wind up William's skirt,
that's reason to be concerned.

My concern, along with everyone else following this thread, is what have
they really found that they intend to use as a replacement...   And how can
they say the amplifier is illegal?  I'm sure the adjuster is just very
confused, wandering aimlessly in unfamiliar territory, and once put back on
course will have ample apologies for his ignorance.

I don't know what kind of damage was done to the radios in the first place,
but the insurance company could probably get their $400 back pretty easily,
just selling them for parts.
