What was this adjuster smoking?

If it's any consolation, I had a Motorola Spectra 9000
stolen from my car back in 97 or so. The insurance company
put replacement cost at $300. Even after I showed them
the $2800 invoice from just a year earlier.... I think they
were smoking the same thing your adjuster is.
