[ICOM] qsl.net

[Peter A Markavage]

It's been reachable here, right now, during peak busy hours, and late at
night. Absolutely no problems here. I run cable modem but just tried it
on a dial-up and it still gets in. Anything to do with "AOL" could be a
problem.
