Hi Bobj,

I once used IC756 for nearly two years.  The AF DSP and NR of the rig is
good though not as good as my pro2.  I tried to use clearspeech DSP speaker
in cascade with the DSP of the rig.  I am pleased with its result.

However, I would wonder whether it is a worth while investment with SGC dsp
because the internal DSP of IC756 is not that bad.  My above experiment was
done as I had a clearspeech DSP speaker for other mobile use.

Both IC756 and clearspeech speaker were sold.  The former is now replaced by
pro2 and the later is replaced by K2 with DSP module.

Finally, I would suggest you do the 455k IF filter upgrade.  With similar
amount of investment, the RX performance will be greatly improved.  The
