I think I'd go for 500Hz and 250Hz filters. I think MMTTY does at
least as well with the 500Hz filter as with the 350, and the extra bit
of IF selectivity (250 vs 350) could be useful in PSK.

That being said, I have 500Hz filters in both my MKIIG's, and a 350 in
the one that gets used most. If I ever run across a 250Hz filter for
a reasonable price, I'll certainly install it in the other.

I have a 756PRO, and really want the so-far-IMAGINARY "706PRO", with
the DSP filter of the 756PRO's in the 706 package.

What filter do you recomend for an IC-706MKIIg for RTTY and
soundcard use for PSK31 and other narrow modes? I have a new
IC-706MKIIg and would like a better filter for use when I do rtty
and other narrow modes. My 756 PRO II has spoiled me and I miss
   the narrow filters for RTTY!!!
