Subject: [ICOM] CI-V commands for determing the state of Split and
DualWatch
The previous generation of Icom transceivers provides CI-V commands for
enabling or disabling the Split and DualWatch functions, but no means of
"reading" the state of these functions. I assumed that this oversight
had been corrected in the expanded CI-V command sets introduced with the
746 Pro, 756 Pro, 756 Pro II, and 7800, but on reviewing the
documentation, I see commands to send/read the state of Quick Split,
Split Lock, and Quick DualWatch, but no means of reading the state of
Split or Dual Watch. Am I overlooking the obvious, or is the
documentation in error? Do these transceivers provide CI-V commands for
reading the state of Split and DualWatch? If so, I'd appreciate a
pointer to the information, or the information itself.
I've already checked Ekki DF4OR's CI-V site, without success.

Dave, AA6YQ
