[ICOM] New page: IC-756 Pro III announcement

I have installed a new IC-756 Pro III page on my site. This page is based on
the recent announcement on the Japanese CQCQDE site.

There are also links to this page on my Icom page, and on my IC-7800 Links
page. Preliminary indications are that the 756Pro III incorporates a number
of ergonomic and cosmetic improvements over the Pro2. It will be interesting
to see whether there are any significant performance improvements, or
changes in the front-end architecture such as selectable roofing filters
etc.
