[ICOM] Icom serial numbers also repair shops

A bit back I asked for some info dealing with Icom 765's. Altho I got 
some very good info and links to go to I still have not found out if the 
trimmer cap problem happened in all the 765s or only those of earlier 
serial numbers. If anyone knows this info please let me know and also 
what serial numbers are the ones effected? Also, where would be a good 
place to have this repair and other upgrades done?
