[ICOM] IC-775DSP Main Tuning Dial Locked Up

Skip, was the knob "sloppy" on it's shaft prior to the event?   If it was,
then it may be that the rotary encoder has failed.  If your 775 is an
earlier one, then this may well be the cause, as some of them had a problem
in this respect.   Contest conditions here were shocking.  Total contacts =
37 !!! Ian ZL1IW
