Thankyou one and all for your help with this problem.
I have determined that the problem is in the radio with overload.
Only amateur freq bothered is on 20 meter county hunters. 13th harmonic is
14.300 and county hunters run on 14.336 so i hear a lot of noise and slop.
I have looked at the BCB filters as suggested by several from Dunestar and
Array Solutions. I have experimented some and found I can eliminate the
garbage on 20 meters if I put the antenna tuner inline. I guess this adds a
little more selectivity to the front end.
I can also eliminate the problem if I turn on the 6db attenuator in the
radio.
Fortunatly this station is only a daytime station so goes off the air at
sunset.
Again thankyou one and all for your thoughtful answers.
Thanks
