[ICOM] Query: 775 Problem

Sounds like PLL unlock to me. I forget what the symptoms are, sometimes the 
displays will do funny things when a PLL is unlocked and don't remember if 
the 775 shows any abnormal display.
But real quiet receive bothers me and no transmit, I would be looking at 
the PLL.
